Peace Out Acne | Salicylic Acid Healing Dots

I was so skeptical about these little magic dots. The idea is that, when you have a pesky pimple, you place this medicated sticker on your blemish and after 6 hours it should look different in some way. Seeing as I have been struggling to get rid of a pimple on my jawline for about a month, I decided it was time to try these little guys.

There are several options like the Peace Out Salicylic Acid Acne Healing Dots but these get the best reviews on Sephora. Online, it is said that these dots contain:

Salicylic Acid which penetrates pores to minimize the appearance of current and future acne blemishes and blackheads

Aloe Vera Leaf Extract which gently soothes while visibly reducing redness

Vitamin A which promotes clear-looking skin while improving the look of texture and tone

All of these ingredients directly apply to the issues I have been having: active blemishes, very red and irritated blemishes/scarring and uneven tone with varying shades of red.

Let's set the tone...I had just gotten out of the shower; face washed and ready for skincare! I placed the dots in four places: two on the left side of my mouth - one active blemish and one trying to come to the surface; one on the right side of my mouth - trying to come to the surface; one on my jaw where I've had the biggest active pimple that won't leave me alone - this was the primary reason for purchasing the dots. Here were the results...

Left Side #1 - brought to the surface, extracted and now completely gone
